If you have a favorite garment you want to customize, we gladly accept customer-provided garments. Explore the process of bringing your own items to life with our printing techniques.
First, you need to send us your design in the appropriate resolution. We then evaluate the best printing method based on the design type and the number of colors. You can either provide your own apparel or choose from our available options.
Once everything is confirmed, we proceed with production and arrange delivery or pickup. If needed, we can also pick up your garments within the Auckland area for an extra fee. We are very flexible and will work with you to ensure a smooth process.
Turnaround time depends on the size of the order. We aim to complete most jobs within seven business days, but larger orders may take longer. We always do our best to deliver as quickly as possible. If you need a rush order, let us know, and we’ll see what we can do.
Yes, you can! If you have specific garments you’d like us to print on, just bring them in. However, in some cases, we require 50% payment upfront and the remaining 50% upon delivery. We also offer a variety of high-quality apparel if you prefer to purchase from us.
We offer DTF (Direct to Film), Vinyl, Heat Transfer Vinyl, and Sublimation. Each method has different characteristics, and we’ll help you choose the best one for your needs.
We are based in Avondale, Auckland. We offer nationwide shipping across New Zealand. If you’re in Auckland, we have pickup and local delivery options available.
