An echo of the things we treasure.
Echoes of Aotearoa is a growing collection by Cactus Design & Printing Studio in Auckland. It celebrates New Zealand’s wildlife, flora, landscapes and those small, familiar moments that make a place feel like home.
From a flash of a fantail’s tail to kōwhai in bloom and a scoop of Hokey Pokey, each artwork is a little invitation to look closer. New designs and products will keep finding their way here.
Te reo Māori is the Māori language, an essential part of Aotearoa’s identity. We use a few nature words with their meanings, as a small invitation to learn and appreciate the place that inspires this collection.

The natural world is at the heart of this collection. Our approach to sustainability starts with thoughtful choices: choosing pieces you’ll use, looking after them and keeping them in your everyday life for longer. It’s an ongoing commitment as the collection grows.
T-shirt & tote care
Wash printed garments inside out, using a gentle cycle and cold or warm water. Avoid bleach, high-heat tumble drying and ironing directly on the artwork. Always follow the item’s care label.
