Can I order just one item?
Yes! We welcome single-item orders as well as bulk printing.
Can I bring my own clothing?
Yes! We prefer to supply your garments and offer the full AS Colour range, known for its excellent quality and affordable prices. If we cannot supply what you need, or you have a specific garment you would like to use, you are welcome to bring it along. Please contact us first so we can confirm that it is suitable for printing.

How do I prepare my artwork?
To achieve the best possible result, please ensure your artwork is supplied in a suitable, high-quality format. Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG are preferred. High-resolution PNG files may also be accepted, provided they are supplied at the correct size and with a transparent background where required.
Please make sure that all text is converted to outlines or curves, colours are clearly specified, and the artwork is supplied at the intended print size whenever possible. Artwork quality can affect the final result, so our team may contact you if adjustments are required before production.

How long will my order take?
We aim to complete most jobs within seven business days after artwork approval and payment. Timing depends on the product and quantity. Need it sooner? Let us know.
Where are you based?
Avondale, Auckland. Pickup is available, with local delivery and nationwide shipping options — ask us when ordering.
How do I care for my personalised items?
We use quality materials, but custom-made items need a little extra care to keep them looking their best. Care instructions may vary depending on the product and printing technique, so we provide specific instructions with your order.
As a general guide, wash personalised garments inside out in cold or warm water, use a gentle cycle, and avoid harsh detergents or bleach. Do not iron directly over printed or decorated areas, and avoid tumble drying on high heat. Following these instructions will help your personalised items maintain their appearance and last longer.
